项目目标

用 Power BI Financial Sample 完成一个一页式 Dashboard：

Sales and Profit Performance Overview

最终页面需要回答：

1. 销售额和利润总体表现如何？
2. 哪些国家贡献最大？
3. 哪些 Segment 贡献最大？
4. 哪些产品利润率有风险？
5. 折扣是否可能影响利润？

Step 1：加载数据

使用 Power BI Desktop 的 sample data 或老师提供的 Financial Sample Excel。

确认表名：

financials

确认关键字段：

Segment, Country, Product, Discount Band, Units Sold,
Gross Sales, Discounts, Sales, COGS, Profit,
Date, Month Number, Month Name, Year

Step 2：用 AI 生成分析方案

Prompt：

Act as a senior BI analyst.

Using the financials table, help me build a Power BI dashboard for finance leaders.

Columns:
Segment, Country, Product, Discount Band, Units Sold,
Gross Sales, Discounts, Sales, COGS, Profit,
Date, Month Number, Month Name, Year.

Business goal:
Understand sales, profit, margin, discount impact, and product/country performance.

Output:

Step 3：创建 Measures

在 Power BI Desktop 中创建这些 Measures：

Total Sales = SUM(financials[Sales])

Total Profit = SUM(financials[Profit])

Total COGS = SUM(financials[COGS])

Total Units Sold = SUM(financials[Units Sold])

Discount Amount = SUM(financials[Discounts])

Profit Margin = DIVIDE([Total Profit], [Total Sales])

Discount Rate = DIVIDE([Discount Amount], SUM(financials[Gross Sales]))

格式建议：

Measure	格式
Total Sales	Currency / Millions
Total Profit	Currency / Millions
Total COGS	Currency / Millions
Total Units Sold	Whole number
Profit Margin	Percentage
Discount Rate	Percentage

Step 4：验证 Measures

创建一个 Matrix：

• Rows：Country
• Values：Total Sales, Total Profit, Profit Margin, Discount Rate

检查：

1. 总数是否合理。
2. 分国家数据是否变化。
3. Profit Margin 是否百分比格式。
4. Discount Rate 是否不是异常大于 100%。

Step 5：搭建 Dashboard 页面

顶部 KPI

创建 4 个 Card：

• Total Sales
• Total Profit
• Profit Margin
• Total Units Sold

趋势图

Line chart：

• X-axis：Date 或 Month Name
• Y-axis：Total Sales

如果月份排序不正确，优先使用 Date。

国家排名

Bar chart：

• Y-axis：Country
• X-axis：Total Profit
• Sort by：Total Profit descending

Segment 分析

Bar chart：

• Y-axis：Segment
• X-axis：Total Sales

产品利润率

Bar chart：

• Y-axis：Product
• X-axis：Profit Margin
• Sort by：Profit Margin ascending 或 descending

Slicers

至少添加：

• Year
• Country
• Segment
• Product

Step 6：用 AI 写摘要

Prompt：

I created a Power BI dashboard using the financials table.

发布或展示前，检查：

• [ ] 颜色是否统一。
• [ ] AI 生成的摘要是否和图表一致。
• [ ] 是否写清楚“初稿，需要按真实业务口径复核”。
