把 Financial Sample 变成一页可用的管理层 Dashboard。

本节重点不是“图表越多越好”，而是：

每个图表都要回答一个业务问题。

视觉设计原则

1. 顶部先放 KPI

管理层先看：

• Total Sales
• Total Profit
• Profit Margin
• Total Units Sold

2. 中间放趋势和排名

趋势回答：

变化发生在什么时候？

排名回答：

谁贡献最大？谁有风险？

3. 颜色保持克制

建议使用圣戈班品牌色：

不要每个图表随机配色。颜色应该表达意义。

交互演示

现场演示三个动作：

1. 点击某个 Country，看其他图表如何变化。
2. 使用 Year slicer，观察 KPI 和趋势变化。
3. 点击某个 Product，观察利润率和销售额是否一致。

讲师解释：

Power BI 和静态 Excel 图表的关键差异是交互。看报表的人可以自己探索原因。

AI 可以辅助可视化设计

Prompt：

Recommend a one-page Power BI dashboard layout for finance leaders.
Use the financials table.
For each visual, specify:
- visual type
- fields
- measures
- business question answered
- placement on the page

AI 输出后，人工检查：

• 图表是否回答业务问题。
• 是否把太多字段塞到一个图表。
• KPI 是否有单位和格式。

完成一页 Dashboard：
